Atalasoft, Inc is well known to market as vendor of dotImage, the digital imaging SDK for .NET. I joined Atalasoft team to help with their second product VizitSP, document viewing and imaging for SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

  • VizitSP development and architecture;
  • scrum master for VizitSP;
  • analytics, estimates and advisory for product manager;
  • escalated support cases;
  • POC for customers, beta-programs support for partners;
  • seminars, public events;
  • leading development team, iterations planning, code analysis and reviews, concepts;

Achievements:
  • helped product manager to focus the product on SharePoint integrators, which dramatically extended our partners network;
  • suggested several pin-point enhancements in existing code (1.0) to make product attractive for integrators;
  • prepared strategic changes in product's architecture (2.0) necessary to accommodate for new features demanded by market; VizitSP will utilize modular design, flexible and configuration-driven structure, better integration into SharePoint, rebranding and packaging;
  • released versions 2.0-2.4, worked on changes for version 3.0

Responsibilities:
